About ICHG 2026

The International Conference for Hyperemesis Gravidarum (ICHG 2026) will bring together clinicians, researchers, advocates, and patients from across the world to share knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and shape the future of HG research and care.

Hosted at the beautiful Solstrand Hotel & Spa in Bergen, Norway, this unique all-inclusive conference combines world-class science with an environment designed for rest, reflection, and connection.

Registration Information

Your registration includes everything you need for a seamless stay:

• Two nights’ accommodation at Solstrand Hotel & Spa (18th–19th May 2026)

• Access to all conference sessions (19th–20th May)

• Welcome Dinner on 18th May and Networking Dinner on 19th May

• Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the event

• Complimentary use of Solstrand’s spa and wellness facilities

• Shuttle transfers between Bergen city centre and Airport and Solstrand (18th & 20th May)

This all-inclusive registration ensures every detail of your stay and participation is taken care of, allowing you to focus fully on the science, the discussion, and the connections.

How to Register

1. Purchase your conference registration securely using the links below.

2. Complete the Delegate Information Form (linked after payment) to confirm your accommodation, additional guests, dietary, and accessibility details.

3. Your registration is complete once both steps are finished.

Important: Registration fees are non-refundable, but delegate substitutions may be made at any time.

Early Bird Registration

Early bird rates are available until 31st January 2026. NOW EXTENDED TO 28TH FEBRUARY 2026

Note: Patient, charity, and student registrations are offered at a subsidised rate to support accessibility and participation and do not have an Early Bird rate.

Payment information

To minimise exchange rate and processing costs, all prices are now listed in GBP and include card processing fees.

If you would like to avoid these fees, BACS bank transfer is available on request. Please email ichg2026@gmail.com for further information.

Room Share Policy for delegates

Room share registrations are only available to delegates who have pre-arranged a roommate.

Both individuals must purchase a shared-room registration and list each other’s names on the Delegate Information Form.

If a matching room share booking is not received, you will be required to pay the difference for a single occupancy upgrade before the conference.

Non delegate room guests

If you wish to bring an additional guest who will not attend the conference then select Single Occupancy for your registration and then the following rates apply per night:

• With breakfast: NOK 1200 (approx. £90) for one adult and NOK 600 (approx. £45) for one child

• With breakfast and dinner: NOK 1600 (approx. £120) for one adult and NOK 800 (£60) for one child

• With breakfast, lunch, and dinner: NOK 1900 (£142) for one adult and NOK 950 (£72) for one child

Payment for your guest will be made by you directly to the hotel when you checkout. You will have an opportunity to give us your guests details when you complete the Delegate Information Form so the hotel will be aware you have a guest.

hotel Rooms

All ICHG 2026 registrations with accommodation include a comfortable standard room at the Solstrand Hotel & Spa, along with full board and spa access.

To make your stay even more special, you may choose from a limited selection of upgraded room types. Upgrade costs are additional to your registration and cover both nights:

Standard Room with Fjord View – £30 approx.

Junior Suite with Fjord View – £120 approx.

Histroical Junior Suite with Fjord View - £150 approx.

Corner Room with Fjord View – £180 approx.

Please note which upgrade you'd like on the Delegate Information Form after you have paid for your registration. Upgrades are optional, subject to availability, and payment will be taken by the hotel at checkout.

We have limited spaces for a conference-only option and is only offered to support local participation and in unique circumstances. The full all-inclusive package provides the most comprehensive and cost-effective experience.

We can give you a price to upgrade your room if you are bringing along family members or email the team for a conference only option.
